National Register (NR# SG100002123) and Historic Preservation Tax Credit (HPTC) rehabilitation project for the 45,283 sq.ft. former Medina Farmers Exchange Company building. The building is significant under Criterion A in the area of Commerce representing the “farmers exchange” business model, offering dependable goods and services tailored to the needs of the agricultural community. The rehabilitation was completed in December 2019 and includes ground-floor and first-floor commercial tenants including The Farmer’s Table, Keller Meats, 1904 Brews and The Exchange Market. The upper floors were converted to house 16 market rate apartments.
